We are sure that you will be happy with the products that you purchase from Creative Fancy Dress. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund minus postage and packaging when the goods are received back to our warehouse within 7 working days. Please contact us for a returns number and enclose within a letter outlining the reason for return. Your returned item will be processed within seven working days of receipt and then if applicable a refund will be issued. The refund can take upto 21 working days to appear in your account for a debit card and longer for a credit card. The delay is with the issuing bank not Creative Fancy Dress. You must take care of our goods whilst in your possession. Any items for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing as you would wish to receive it. The item must be without damage or use and in suitable condition for resale.

Due to false promises in the past we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to Creative Fancy Dress. If you need an item quickly you may pay for the new item and a refund will be given once the original is returned.

Bespoke Games: No refund will be given work has commenced on a customised game.
Wigs, facial hair, hats, hosiery, cigarette holders, make up and costumes containing these products: For reasons of hygiene these products will only be refunded if faulty.
If a product is found to be faulty then please return the item complete with packaging and a letter stating the fault within 7 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
