Bella De Ball is a throwing a ‘Black & White’ themed black tie dinner to celebrate their success. She has invited her best friends and a few teachers to a spectacular dinner party in a private dining room at the fabulous ‘Savaloy-Ritz Hotel’ in London. Daddy is paying of course! Just as the girls are tucking into their canapés and cocktails, Harvey Wallbanger, the hotel manager, comes rushing in with the devastating news.
