Our price promise only applies to our fancy dress costumes. If after purchasing your costume from Creative Parties, you find it cheaper on the internet and it's from:
  • A UK website.
  • Retail website - not applicable to trade sales.
  • Non auction site.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  • Products must be sold at RRP price - sales excluded.
  • The item must be available in the same style, size & colour that is on www.creativeparties.co.uk.
  • All claims must be received within 5 days of order being placed.
We will match the price!
 
Simply email sales@creativeparties.co.uk quoting your name, the url of the site containing the cheaper product & a product code or link to the item and we will refund the difference.
